How do I change my password?

If you know your current password and want to change it (for example, after a password expiration notice or a security alert), you can change it from your computer or online.

From your county computer

1. Make sure you're in a county building or connected to GlobalProtect.
2. Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete and select Change a password.
3. Enter your current password, then your new password twice, and press Enter.

Online

1. Go to https://myaccount.microsoft.com and sign in.
2. Select Change password, enter your current and new passwords, and select Submit.
3. If you're working remotely, connect GlobalProtect, then lock (Windows key + L) and unlock your laptop with the new password.

After changing it, sign in again with the new password in Outlook and Teams on your county phone.
