Voicemail messages can be checked from the desktop app, mobile app, or phone.

Check Voicemail from the Desktop App

1. Open RingCentral

2. Click Voicemail

3. Click a message to listen

Voicemail Options

You can:

• Play message
• Call the person back
• Delete the message
• Download the voicemail
