Overview
The RingCentral Desktop App allows you to make calls, receive calls, check voicemail, and send messages from your computer.
Step 1 – Open the RingCentral App
Click the Start Menu
Search for RingCentral
Click RingCentral App
Step 2 – Sign In
Enter your County email address
Click Next
Sign in using your network username and password
Step 3 – Allow Permissions
The first time you log in you may be prompted to allow:
✔ Microphone access
✔ Camera access
✔ Notifications
Click Allow for each prompt.
Step 4 – Verify Your Phone
Once logged in you should see:
• Phone Dial Pad
• Messages
• Voicemail
• Contacts
You are now ready to make and receive calls.
Troubleshooting
RingCentral will not open
Restart your computer and try again.
Login fails
Confirm you are using your county email address.
If the issue continues contact the IT Helpdesk.
