Submit a Helpdesk Ticket (Preferred Method)
Open the IT Helpdesk Portal (www.helpdesk.unioncountync.gov)
Sign in with your unioncountync.gov account
Click Submit a Request
Enter the following information:
Description of the issue
Computer name (if known)
Screenshot of the error (if available)
Click Submit
Submitting a ticket ensures your request is tracked and assigned to the correct technician.
