Power on the TV Panel mounted at the front of the room with the remote; press the Power button in the Display section.

Your HDMI cable will go from the wall port shown below to your laptop.  Make sure to press the Source (HDMI) button on the remote control.

There is a designated Yealink conference phone on the conference table.  It can be used by pressing the Yealink Home button.
