If the AV system is not powered on; open the cabinet in the podium to press the power button on the rack mounted surge protector as seen below.
Power on the wall Control Panel on the TV panel side of the room; Touch the screen to begin. You can choose from 3 options for presentations to be viewed “Projector Only”, “Room Combined (Both Projector & TV)” or “TV Only” buttons on the Control Panel.
Once the presentation style has been selected, the user will need to choose the source (Via Wireless) to be used as seen in the picture below.
On your Windows device press “Win+K”. This will bring up a pop-up menu to cast. Select the device “SB-020-201”. If prompted enter the security code that will be displayed on the In-room screens. Select either mirror or extend your display.
If the meeting requires a camera or the in-ceiling microphones, the user will need to extend the USB cable from the right-hand side of the equipment rack within the center cabinet. Connect the USB cable into the laptop being used.
Connect Input & Output devices in the PC being used for Zoom or Teams meetings should be as follows:
- Audio Output: HDMI Encoder 2
- Camera: OneLink Bridge
- Microphone: TesiraForte
Room audio volume & the audio “Mute” buttons are on Wall-Control panel on the same page as the video source selection
The camera for Teams & Zoom is located in the corner of the room, as seen in the picture below.
The rooms’ audio speakers are located from the front of the room on both sides of the projector screen.
There are microphones ceiling mounted throughout the room.
Power off the system on the wall-control panel before leaving.
