SWRL Conference Room Quick Reference Guide

This Quick Reference guide is a helpful tool with step-by-step instructions for operating this room’s A/V system.

System Operation

Please find a Library Staff Member to provide you with and Enter the PASSWORD to unlock the system.
Once the correct password is entered the system will turn ON. This will turn on the projector, drop the screen, UN-MUTE the audio, and turn on the Clear Touch display when connected.

Main Page

Press one of the SOURCES this will send the source to the Projector and Display.
Use the Volume Slide to adjust audio volume, to MUTE the audio press Muted Speaker and then press again to UNMUTE.
Use the arrow's to move the CAMERA to desired location or use a preset. If you want to save the camera location to a preset press and hold the preset for 3 seconds to save location.
You can use the Display Mute to blank the screen out for privacy.
When you are finished with the system press the POWER button in the bottom right corner.
Confirm if you want to Shut the system down. When the system shuts down it will power off the display, the projector, roll the screen up and mute the speakers.

Audio Levels

If you need to adjust Microphone levels select AUDIO under SETTINGS.
Use the Volume slider to adjust the au-dio for the Handheld Mic and the Lapel Mic
To mute the Mic’s press the Mic button to MUTE and then again to UNMUTE
