How to Connect to VPN (Remote Work)

If you are having trouble connecting to Union County systems, please first make sure you are connected to GlobalProtect, our VPN solution for remote access.

To do this:

1. Confirm your laptop is connected to the internet.

2. In the bottom-right corner of your screen, click the small up-arrow to view hidden icons.

3. Select the globe icon for GlobalProtect.

4. Check the connection status.

5. If it is not connected, click Connect.

6. If prompted, accept any certificates.

Once GlobalProtect shows Connected, you should be able to connect to Union County systems.
