Email Signature Template - Board of Elections

Signature templates are contained within the attached document.

Steps for New Email Signature

1. In Outlook choose File>Options
2. Outlook Options window > Mail tab on the left > Compose Messages sections > click the Signatures button.
3. Signatures and Stationary window > locate the New button and select it.
4. Name this signature “New Email” highlight your email signature right-click and select copy > Paste into the Edit signature window > Under Choose default signature for New messages select your new email signature.

Steps for Reply Email Signature

1. Follow Steps 1-3 listed above.
2. Name this signature “Reply Email” highlight the reply email signature right-click and select copy > Paste into the Edit signature window > Under Choose default signature for Replies/forwards select your new reply signature.
