Communicate with attendees and manage up to 100 staff and their bookings all in one place with Bookings Queue in Microsoft Teams.
Important: Queue view is only available with a Teams Premium license. For more information, reach out to your IT Administrator or see Microsoft Teams Premium - Overview for administrators.
- In Teams, select Bookings > Queue.
- Search by Date or Calendar.
- Filter by Appointment Status and Staff.
- Update Attendee status, track Appointment duration and Join appointment.
- Send email reminders to assigned staff or to attendee.
- If you’re in the US or Canada, you have the option of sending text message reminders.

Once you send the reminder, you’ll receive confirmation it has been sent.
Note: Currently, the Bookings app supports adding up to 100 staff per booking calendar. If you used Graph APIs to set up and add staff to a booking calendar, this limit may not be enforced. In this scenario, the Queue tab won’t be able to render content for calendars that have more than 100 staff. For an optimal experience, we recommend that you add no more than 100 staff to a booking calendar. We’re working to resolve this limitation in future releases.
